DEAR ALL;

I have the honor to welcome all our guests from financial market regulators, stock exchanges and non-banking financial industry professionals arrived from different countries to make our event fruitful by sharing their experiences with others and I seize the opportunity to thank our sponsors in promoting our event. 

On July 01, 2009, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) began its activities regulating all non-banking financial activities and markets, pursuant to Law number 10 of 2009 Activities and services include: Capital Market activities, Insurance, Mortgage Finance, Financial Leasing, and factoring.

 The law mentioned above included several objectives for EFSA , one of which is spreading investment and financial culture and the investors education, which will all lead to more investor education sustain, the stability of non-banking financial markets in the region accelerate its development.

This conference “Rebuilt trust in the MENA Capital Markets” is a great opportunity for the Capital Market institutions and the companies to exchange knowledge with the capital market regulators, the stock exchanges and number of international experts in the investor education & awareness field; this to highlight the importance of raising the awareness of the investors as they are considered  the real engine for capital markets in the Region.
