H.E. Prime Minister issued ministerial decree no. 421 of 2012 regarding amending Articles 58 and 59 of the Executive Regulations of Central Depository and Registry Law issued by the Minister of Foreign Trade decree no. 906 of 2001.

It is worth mentioning that the amendments to the Executive Regulation were set within the context of issuing Law no. 127 of 2009 regarding amending Articles no. 37, 44 and 46 of Central Depository and Registry Law no. 93 of 2000.
