The Egyptian Institute of Directors’ (EIoD), working under EFSA’s supervision, issued the monthly newsletter for July 2012 which includes the activities conducted by (EIoD) within the past month.

It is worth mentioning that the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) issued decree no. 251 of 2011 to transfer subordination of the Egyptian Institute of Directors EIoD to the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority EFSA.
