Referring to the disclosure issued on 27/4/2010 (amended on 28/4/2010) by Orascom Telecom and France Telecom regarding the settlement of disputes between the two companies and its consequences that are concerned with the amendment of shareholders’ agreement - those who had shares in Mobinil - (unlisted company which owned 51% of the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services)…
 
EFSA received today a Letter signed from CEO of Orascom Telecom and the person authorized to sign on the behalf of France Telecom, the letter includes the items set in the agreement between the two parties and disclosed on the Stock Exchange’s Screen…
